The offered properties are located at Gosau in the Dachstein West ski area. The new development is only about 1500 mtrs from the main ski lifts.

The new  projekt is for a Hotel, restaurant and wellness holiday complex with the Luxury apartment buildings in the grounds. There will be landscaped areas for relaxation and play areas for children.

There are only 10 apartments available. Some on ground floor with garden access, and some on the upper floors with balconies and superb mountain views towards the Dachstein Glacier.

The 10 apartments will have garages and vary in size from 67 sq mtrs to penthouse apartments at 130 sq mtrs.

The Selling price includes Garage, Furniture, Fitted Kitchen, etc. In fact the apartments will be ready for holiday rental guests.

This investment project has a guaranteed rental return for owners of 6% per annum. This is based on of total Investment price of their purchased apartment.

Buyers can also use their investment property for 4 weeks of the year ( Buyers can chose whichever weeks they prefer, Christmas, ski season, summer season, school holiday and half term weeks). There is no restriction on this for Owners.

When Owners don’t make use of their free chosen weeks the hotel buy these weeks back from the owner at a rate of 600 euro per week. So you even make money if you do not use.

Owners get automatic Membership of the Hotel “Sales reward system”. THis operates on the basis that when Owners recommend paying Holiday Guests to the hotel and apartments, they are paid a bonus of 75 Euro per week booked.

If Owners come in their own chosen weeks they have the full service like all our other Guests. Such as cleaning, laundry etc.

Free off charge for owners is the use of the Wellness and other common services in the complex.

In Austria, after 10 years of ownership, the property can be sold with no “Capital Gains Tax”  There is also no inheritence tax in Austria.

This project is in development stage and the site is being prepared for start of the build, in the spring of 2012.
