The Kaiser Village of Bad Gastein If you want Ski-ing, Culture and history, then this Spa town is for you.
Bad Gastein is approximately an hour from Salzburg Airport.
It has it's own large ski area and mountains with it's new pedestrian bridge over the valley. So you can have it all, cafe society, culture,ski slopes and a view that seems you are sat on top of the world!
The Kaiser and Kaiserina, had a villa here. The Kaiser weg has become the major tourist attraction of the town along with the Casino.

This is our latest development...it consists of 8 Luxury apartments and is only 1600 mtrs from the Ski lifts and centre of Bad Gastein
The development is at the hamlet of Bockstein on the outskirts of Bad Gastein. It is s small village but with all infrastructure only minutes away by foot....such as supermarket, restaurant and cafe's.
The main shopping street of Bad Gastein is only about 5 minute walk.
The exisiting buildings are 10 years old and are now being renovated to a high standard. This method, saves on construction time and you know that your investment is not just an unfinished bulding site!
You can choose your kitchen and bathroom fittings from our standard packages, but should you wish to have something a little special, then we can provide that also at additional cost.
The ski bus stop is only a few minutes walk. There are local restaurants and supermarkets nearby...and of course in the main town you have excellent shoppin facilities.
Prices start at a very reasonable 171,675 Euros for a 1 bedroom apartment !
The show apartment is complete and ready for inspection visits.
Interior renovation and Completion of the 2 house project is based on client requirements but shoud be before the 2011 ski season.
We have placed here some exterior photos for the houses. Both are in the same style with similar apartment layouts and sizes. The two buildings are about 50 mtrs apart, s the surrounding views are also similar...mountains and forests!!
